We will only issue refunds if you product has been damaged.

All our candles are made to order, we kindly ask that if you change your mind you let us know within the 24hr of purchase. After this time we are unable to refund and your candle will be sent to you  📦

Delivery Information 

Uk Mainland Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days of receiving them and orders may take up to 7 working days for delivery.

Please allow extra time for bank holidays.

Your order will be delivered by Inpost, They may also email you a tracking number which you can track your parcel using the couriers website. This is a service that the courier provides and although we feel is of benefit to you but we do not have any control over.🚗

Our standard UK Mainland delivery cost depends on the size of your order but starts from as little as £3.
